開放時間是？ (What are your hours?)
週一至週五 7:30–18:30，並提供課後照顧。
Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with after-school care available.
參觀時間是？ (When can we visit?)
參觀採預約制，時段為上午 9:00–11:00 及下午 14:00–15:00，與營業時間不同；請線上預約或來電安排。
Visits are by appointment, within 9:00–11:00 AM or 2:00–3:00 PM — separate from our operating hours; please book online or call ahead.
有幾個校區？ (How many campuses are there?)
兩個校區：復興校區與玫瑰校區，皆位於新北市新店區。
Two campuses — Fuxing and Meigui — both in Xindian District, New Taipei City.
幾歲可以入學？ (What is the starting age?)
從太陽班（2 歲）開始，四年一貫至大班。
From Sun Class (age 2), a continuous four-year program through the senior class.
有校車接送嗎？ (Is there a school bus?)
提供校車接送，路線依接送地址安排；預約參觀時可一併詢問。
Yes — bus routes are arranged by pickup address; ask when you book a visit.
要如何參觀與報名？ (How do we visit and enroll?)
線上填寫預約表單後，我們會以電話與您聯繫，安排現場參觀；報名在參觀時於現場完成。
Submit the reservation form; we will call to arrange an in-person visit, where enrollment is completed.
費用怎麼計算？ (What about fees?)
費用與各項細節，我們會在現場參觀時當面為您說明。
Fees and specifics are explained in person during your visit.
